Eva Sriningsih, 2023 "Review of Islamic Law on Murabahah
Agreements at PNM Mekar Syariah Ponrang Branch". Thesis of
Sharia Economic Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, Palopo
State Islamic Institute. Supervised by Rahmawati, and H. Mukhtaram Ayyubi. There are still many small communities who are hindered by economic
pressures from starting a business to support their livelihood, making
them have to look for more capital to build a business that can become
the basis for their survival. With this, the government established
various institutions that could increase people's income, one of which
was PT. Madani National Capital (PNM) Mekaar Syariah. This research
aims to determine the implementation of the murabahah contract at PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Ponrang branch and also to find out the
application of Murabahah contracts in the review of Sharia Economic
Law. This writing was developed with a qualitative approach oriented
with data collection techniques through field research consisting of
observation, interviews and documentation then continued with data
analysis through 3 stages (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and
(3) conclusions. The results of this research show that the
implementation of the Murabahah Agreement at PT PNM Mekar
Syariah Ponrang Branch makes it easier for the community to borrow
business capital and also to improve the welfare of the people through
businesses built with loan capital from PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah
through the Murabahah program for the welfare of the
people/community as proof of the successful implementation of the
program from PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah. The application of the
Murabahah Agreement in the Review of Sharia Economic Law is based
on the arguments contained in the Al-Qur'an, Al-Hadith, or the
consensus of the ulama, one of which is stated in the
Qur'an surah Al-Baqarah verse 275. Keywords: Murabahah Contract, Sharia Ekonomi Law
