Abstract

Ningsi Jaya Sari, 2023 “Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Budaya
Religius di Lembaga pendidikan : Analisis Systematic Literature Review”.
Tesis Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Pascasarjana Institut
Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Hasbi sebagai Pembimbing I
dan Firman sebagai Pembimbing II.
Strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan budaya religius di sekolah
merupakan sebuah terobosan untuk memajukan kualitas sekolah. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk memetakan hasil review yang telah dilakukan mengenai strategi
kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan budaya religius di sekolah dan untuk
mendeskripsikan strategi yang telah dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam
pengembangan budaya religius di sekolah.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode
Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pada kriteria pemilihan ini dituliskan tipe
artikel penelitian (research articles) dan artikel penelitian yang dapat diakses
secara penuh (full text). Prosedur pengumpulan literatur dilakukan secara rinci.
Model yang akan digunakan adalah model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items
For Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) dari artikel yang terbit dari tahun 2019-
2023 atau 5 tahun terakhir.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 7 artikel yang dianalisis menjelaskan bahwa
keberhasilan dari strategi kepala sekolah berdasarkan dari program kerja dan kerja
sama antar guru, siswa dan orang tua siswa. Kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan
budaya religius tidak terlepas dari tugas dan fungsi kepala sekolah yakni, sebagai
educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator dan motivator.
Keberhasilan program pendidikan melalui proses pembelajaran sangat dipengaruhi
oleh banyak faktor, salah satu diantaranya adalah tersedianya sarana dan prasarana
pendidikan yang memadai disertai pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan secara optimal.

Ningsi Jaya Sari, 2023 " Principal's Strategy in the Development of Religious
Culture in Educational Institutions: Analysis of Systematic Literature
Review". Postgraduate Islamic Education Management Study Program
Thesis of Palopo State Islamic Institute. Supervised by Hasbi as Advisor I
and Firman as Advisor II.
The background of this thesis is improving the morals and morals of
students at this time, namely by the existence of a religious culture that gives rise
to religious values in students. Of course, to carry out this strategy, the leader and
strategy maker in the school environment is the principal and who will be the
spearhead or main role. The purpose of this research is to map the results of the
review that has been carried out regarding the principal's strategy in developing a
religious culture in schools and to describe the strategies that have been carried out
by the principal in developing a religious culture in schools.
Based on the type of data used in this study, the authors used a descriptive
research type using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. In this
selection criteria, the types of research articles and research articles that can be
accessed in full (full text) are written. The literature collection procedure was
carried out in detail. The model to be used is the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting
Items For Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) model of articles published from
2019-2023 or the last 5 years.
The results showed that 7 articles analyzed explained that the success of the
principal's strategy was based on work programs and cooperation between teachers,
students and parents. The principal in developing religious culture is inseparable
from the duties and functions of the principal, namely, as educator, manager,
administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. The success of
educational programs through the learning process is strongly influenced by many
factors, one of which is the availability of adequate educational facilities and
infrastructure accompanied by optimal utilization and management.

تعد استراتيجية المدير في تطوير الثقافة الدينية في المدارس طفرة لتحسين جودة المدرسة. تهدف
ھذه الدراسة إلى رسم خريطة لنتائج المراجعات التي أجريت على استراتيجية مدير المدرسة في تطوير الثقافة
الدينية في المدارس ووصف االستراتيجيات التي قام بها مديرو المدارس في تطوير الثقافة الدينية في المدارس.
استخدمت ھذه الدراسة نوعا من البحث الوصفي مع طريقة مراجعة األدبيات المنهجية )SLR).
في معايير االختيار ھذه ، تتم كتابة أنواع المقاالت البحثية والمقاالت البحثية التي يمكن الوصول إليها بالنص
الكامل. يتم تنفيذ إجراءات جمع األدبيات بالتفصيل. النموذج الذي سيتم استخدامه ھو نموذج PRISMA
)عناصر اإلبالغ المفضلة للمراجعة المنهجية والتحليل التلوي( من المقاالت المنشورة من ٢٠٢٣-٢٠١٩
أو آخر ٥ سنوات.
أظهرت النتائج أن ٧ مقاالت تم تحليلها أوضحت أن نجاح استراتيجية المدير كان قائما على برامج
العمل والتعاون بين المعلمين والطالب وأولياء األمور. ال يمكن فصل المدير في تطوير الثقافة الدينية عن
واجبات ووظائف المدير ، أي كمعلمين ومديرين وإداريين ومشرفين وقادة ومبتكرين ومحفزين. يتأثر نجاح
البرامج التعليمية من خالل عملية التعلم بشدة بالعديد من العوامل ، أحدھا توافر المرافق والبنية التحتية
التعليمية الكافية مصحوبة باالستخدام األمثل واإلدارة
