Kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo”, Skripsi Program Studi Manajemen
Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama
Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Nursaeni dan Bulu’ K.
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam mengatasi
konflik kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu:
Untuk mengetahui bentuk perencanaan strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi
konflik kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo dan untuk mengetahui implementasi
strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi konflik kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4
Palopo, serta untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah
dalam mengatasi konflik kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik
pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan
dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang diambil adalah reduksi data,
penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Bentuk perencanaan yang
dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi konflik kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4
Palopo yaitu dengan membuat program kesiswaan seperti membuat aturan/tata
tertib dan mengadakan pembinaan dan sosialisasi, (2) Implementasi strategi
kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi konflik kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo yaitu
dengan melewati proses identifikasi dan analisis konflik kesiswaan, implementasi
strategi mengatasi konflik kesiswaan, serta melakukan evaluasi dan peningkatan,
(3) Faktor yang menjadi pendukung Kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi konflik
Kesiswaan di SMA Negeri 4 Palopo yaitu; Adanya kerja sama yang baik dan
kekompakan antara seluruh komponen di sekolah, sarana prasarana memadai,
adanya kebijakan sekolah yang jelas, adanya guru BK yang memiliki latar
belakang pendidikan BK. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu; sikap ego dan
arogan siswa serta faktor orang tua siswa.

This thesis discusses the principal's strategy in dealing with student
conflicts at SMA Negeri 4 Palopo. The objectives of this research are: To find out
the form of the principal's strategic planning in overcoming student conflict in
SMA Negeri 4 Palopo and to find out the implementation of the principal's
strategy in dealing with student conflict in SMA Negeri 4 Palopo, as well as to
find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the principal in overcoming
student conflict in SMA Negeri 4 Palopo.
The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection
techniques from this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The
data analysis technique taken is data reduction, data presentation and drawing
conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that; (1) the form of planning carried out
by the school principal in overcoming student conflict in SMA Negeri 4 Palopo is
by making student programs such as making rules/rules and conducting coaching
and outreach, (2) Implementation of the principal's strategy in dealing with
student conflict in SMA Negeri 4 Palopo, namely by going through the process of
identifying and analyzing student conflicts, implementing strategies for dealing
with student conflicts, as well as evaluating and improving, (3) Factors that
support the Principal in overcoming student conflicts in SMA Negeri 4 Palopo,
namely; There is good cooperation and cohesiveness between all components in
the school, adequate infrastructure, clear school policies, and counseling teachers
who have educational counseling backgrounds. The inhibiting factors are.

إمبات بالوبو الثانوية العامة"، أطروحة لبرنامج دراسة إدارة التربية اإلسالمية، كلية التربية
والتعليم، معهد والية بالوبو اإلسالمي. تحت إشراف نورسيني وبولو ك.
تناقش هذه األطروحة استراتيجية المدير في التغلب على نزاع الطالب في المدارس الثانوية األربع الكبرى
بوالية بالوبو. أهداف هذه الدراسة هي: لمعرفة شكل التخطيط االستراتيجي للمدير في التغلب على الصراع
الطالبي في أربعة مدرسة ثانوية عامة بالوبو ومعرفة تنفيذ استراتيجية المدير في التغلب على نزاع الطالب
في مدرسة أربعة مدرسة ثانوية عامة بالوبو، باإلضافة إلى معرفة العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة لمديري
المدارس في التغلب على النزاعات الطالبية في المدارس الثانوية العليا األربع في والية بالوبو. نوع البحث
المستخدم وصفي نوعي. كانت تقنيات جمع البيانات من هذه الدراسة المقابالت والمالحظة والتوثيق. أسلوب
تحليل البيانات المتخذ هو تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخالص النتائج. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى
أن: )1( يكون شكل التخطيط الذي ينفذه مدير المدرسة في التغلب على الصراع الطالبي في مدرسة أربعة
مدرسة ثانوية ع امة بالوبو ,عن طريق وضع برامج للطالب مثل وضع القواعد / القواعد وإجراء التدريب
والتوعية ، )2( تنفيذ استراتيجية المدير في التغلب على صراع الطالب في المدارس المدارس الثانوية
األربع الكبرى في والية بالوبو ، أي من خالل المرو ر بعملية تحديد النزاعات الطالبية وتحليلها ، وتنفيذ
ضالً 3( العوامل التي تدعم المدير استراتيجيات للتعامل مع النزاعات الطالبية ، ف عن التقييم والتحسين ، )
في التغلب على النزاعات الطالبية في المدارس الثانوية األربع التابعة لوالية بالوبو ، وهي بالتحديد ؛ هناك
تعاون وتماسك جيد بين جميع المكونات في المدرسة ، والبنية التحتية المالئمة ، والسياسات المدرسية
الواضحة ، هناك مدرسون لديهم خلفيات تعليمية. العوامل المثبطة هي ؛ غرور وموقف الطالب المتغطرس
وكذلك عوامل أولياء أمور الطالب.
