Abstract

Wati Vernanda, 2024. “Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Mengembangkan
Kompetensi Sikap Spiritual dan Sikap Sosial”. Skripsi Program
Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu
Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh:
Abdul Pirol dan Subhan.
Penelitian ini membahas strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam
mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial siswa di SDN 381
Kanan Kab. Luwu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui kondisi sikap spiritual
dan sikap sosial siswa; mendeskripsikan strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam
dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial siswa di SDN 381
Kanan Kab. Luwu; dan mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi Guru Pendidikan
Agama Islam dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial
siswa di SDN 381 Kanan Kab. Luwu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat
kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi,
dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi, yaitu:
triangulasi data/sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data, yaitu: reduksi data,
penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, permasalahan yang ada pada sikap
siswa yaitu masih adanya bullying antar siswa di dalam kelas, tidak serius dalam
mengikuti pelajaran, tidak menghormati guru dan membuang sampah sembarangan;
dan kedua, strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengembangkan
kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial siswa di SDN 381 Kanan Kab. Luwu yaitu
menunjukkan keteladanan/contoh yang baik, memberikan arahan/bimbingan,
memberikan dorongan/motivasi, dan pemberian hukuman pada siswa yang
melanggar.

This study discusses the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in
developing spiritual and social attitudes competencies of students at SDN 381 Kanan
Kab. Luwu. This study aims: To know the condition of the spiritual and social
attitudes of students in Elementary School 381 Kanan; to describe the strategy of
Islamic religious education teachers in developing the competence of spiritual
attitudes; and social attitudes of students at SDN 381 Kanan Kab. Luwu and to
describe the obstacles faced by Islamic religious education teachers in developing the
competence of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes of students at SDN 381 Kanan
Kab. Luwu
This research uses a qualitative approach with field researh methods. Data
collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods.
Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation, namely triangulation of
data/sources and methods. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data
presentation and drawing conlusions.
This study shows that: the problems that exist in students' attitudes are that
there is still bullying between students in the class, not being serious while attending
lessons, not respecting teachers and throwing rubbish carelessly; and then the strategy
of Islamic religious education teachers in developing the competence of spiritual
attitudes and social attitudes of students at SDN 381 Kanan Kab. Luwu namely
showing a good example, providing direction/guidance providing, providing
encouragement /motivation, and giving punishment to student who violate.
