Abstract

Bahtiar Gazali, 2023. “Prospek dan Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi syariah Terhadap
Desa Wisata Puncak Buntu Lemo Desa Rinding Allo Kecamatan Rongkong”,
Skripsi Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Syariah Institut Agama
Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Helmi Kamal dan Mukhtaram Ayyubi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami prospek
pengembangan Desa Wisata Puncak Buntu Lemo bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat
sekitar dengan adanya objek wisata tersebut.
Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis
peneliti memperoleh atau mendapatkan data primer dengan melakukan wawancara
bersama pengelola wisata dan juga masyarakat setempat, teknik pengumpulan data
dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi guna menempatkan
data yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti, setelah memperoleh data
dilapangan peneliti juga melakukan analisis data dengan sumber data yang lain
seperti buku, jurnal, UU, Website, dan fatwa para ulama yang berkaitan, setelah
semua data berkumpul selanjutnya peneliti menyusun data yang ada sehingga dapat
ditarik kesimpulan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Prospek pengembagan Desa Wisata
puncak Buntu lemo sangat signifikan dengan banyaknya wisatawan dari berbagai
daerah untuk menikmati panorama alam yang sangat indah, dengan berbagai
keanekaragaman dari segi pertanian dan perkebunan yang dimana komoditi utama
objek wisata ini adalah sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan yang sangat subur dan
pengelola wisata bisa juga menjual apa yang dia tanam di sekitaran puncak buntu
lemo karena suhu cuaca di puncak buntu lemo sangat dingin dengan adanya objek
wisata ini pendapatan masyarakat meningkat dikarenakan para wisatawan selalu
membeli kebutuhan yang di inginkan 2) Dalam pengelolaan objek wisata ini sudah
sesuai dengan rukun dan syarat fiqh muamalah, syirkah, ijarah dan mudharabah,
tidak hanya itu objek wisata puncak buntu lemo sangat menjunjung tinggi adat
istiadat supaya para wisatawan selalu mengingat aturan-aturan yang berlaku.

This research aims to find out and understand the prospects for developing the
Puncak Buntu Lemo Tourism Village for the welfare of the surrounding community
with the existence of this tourist attraction.
This type of research is empirical research with a juridical approach. This research
is field research, researchers obtain or obtain primary data by conducting
interviews with tourism managers and also the local community, data collection
techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation
in order to place data related to the problem being studied, after obtaining the data
in the field the researcher also carried out data analysis with other data sources
such as books, journals, laws, websites, and fatwas from related scholars. After all
the data was gathered, the researcher then compiled the existing data so that
conclusions could be drawn to answer the problems of this research.
The results of this research show that: 1) The prospects for developing the Puncak
Buntu Lemo Tourism Village are very significant with many tourists from various
regions enjoying the very beautiful natural panorama, with various diversity in
terms of agriculture and plantations where the main commodity of this tourist
attraction is vegetables and the fruit is very fertile and the tourism manager can
also sell what he grows around the peak of Buntu Lemo because the weather
temperature at the peak of Buntu Lemo is very cold. With the presence of this
tourist attraction, people's income increases because tourists always buy the
necessities they want 2) In managing this tourist attraction, it is in accordance with
the pillars and requirements of muamalah fiqh, environmental fiqh, syirkah, ijarah
and mudharabah, not only that, the Puncak Buntu Lemo tourist attraction really
upholds customs so that tourists always remember the applicable rules.
