Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Sumarambu Kec. Telluwanua.”
Skripsi Program Stusdi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah Fakultas Syariah Institut
Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Muh. Darwis dan H.
Mukhtaram Ayyubi.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang efektivitas pengelolaan zakat dalam
pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Kelurahan Sumarambu Kec. Telluwanua.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi serta gambaran kepada
khalayak luas terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan zakat dalam pemberdayaan
ekonomi. Jenis penelitian empiris yang digunakan (field reseasch). Informasi
penelitian bersumber dari (pengamatan lapangan), wawancara (interview), dan
dokumentasi untuk mencari data yang sesuai, serta mendapatkan data lain yang
bersumber dari buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti.
Setelah semua data terkumpul, selanjutnya disusun dengan menggunakan analisis
kualitatif yang bersifat mendeskripsikan data sehingga ditarik kesimpulan untuk
menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: efektivitas peengelolaan zakat
dalam pemeberdyaan ekonomi Masyarakat di Sumarambu kec. Telluwanua
Baznas telah menghimpun zakat produktif secara efektif dengan regulasi undang�undang No 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat dan berpatokan kepada Al�Qur‟an yang dengan ajaran Islam bahwa sebagian besar, mustahik yang diberikan
bantuan modal dana zakat mengalami perubahan dalam perokonomian khsusnya
dalam hal peningkatan pendapatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi dari
zakat produktif memiliki peran penting dalam membantu masyarakat untuk
meningkatkan ekonominya khususnya prekonomian mustahik kelas menegah
kebawah, kemudian Baznas Kota Palopo juga membentuk UPZ untuk
mengumpulkan zakat jadi potensi dan manfaat efesien UPZ ini sangat membantu
Baznas dalam pengumpulan zakat, semakain banyak UPZ maka semakin banyak
kantong- kantong produksi pengumpulan zakat, infak dan sedekah di masyaraka.

Empowerment of the Society in Sumarambu District Telluwanua.” Guided
by Muh. Darwis and H. Mukhtaram Ayyubi
This script discusses the effectiveness of zakat management in empowering
the economy of the people in Kelurahan Sumarambu Kec. Telluwanua. The
research is aimed at providing education and an overview to the general public of
the effectiveness of the management of wealth in economic empowerment. Type
of empirical research used (field reseasch). Research information is sourced from
(field observations), interviews, and documentation to find relevant data, as well
as obtain other source data from books and journals related to the problem being
studied. After all the data is collected, it is subsequently structured using
qualitative analysis that describes the data so that conclusions are drawn to answer
the problems of this research.
The results of this study show that: the effectiveness of zakat management
in the economic development of the people in Sumarambu district. Telluwanua
Baznas has effectively assembled productive zakat with the regulation of the law
No. 23 Year 2011 on the management of zakat and adhered to the Qur'an that with
the teaching of Islam that most, impossible granted capital aid fund zakat suffered
changes in the economy of his khsus in terms of increased income. This shows
that the contribution of productive Zakat has an important role in helping the
society to improve its economy in particular preeconomic impossible classes
prevent down, then Basnas City of Palopo also formed UPZ to collect zakat so
that the potential and benefits of the UPZ efesien this greatly helped Baznas in the
collection of Zakat, as many as UPZ then more and more bags of production of
the Zakat collection, infak and sedah in the society.
