Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Kota Palopo”. Skripsi Program Studi Ekonomi
Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Istitut Agama Islam Negeri
Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Muh. Shadri Kahar Muang.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang literasi digital pada sektor pariwisata berbasis
kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat
kompetensi literasi digital pelaku wisata berbasis kearifan lokal di Kota Palopo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis
statistik deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku wisata berbasis
kearifan lokal di Kota Palopo. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang
digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan metode aksidental sampling
ditemukan 35 sampel pelaku wisata kearifan lokal di Kota Palopo. Teknik
pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket/kuesioner secara
langsung kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat
kompetensi literasi digital pelaku wisata kearifan lokal di Kota Palopo yang
diukur menggunakan Kerangka Kerja DLGF UNESCO (2018) berada pada
kategori sedang dengan skor index 3,26. Kemampuan responden dalam
mengoperasikan perangkat keras dan piranti lunak digital (device and software
operations) berada di kategori tinggi (skor index 4,02). Sedangkan kemampuan
responden pada literasi data, informasi, dan konten digital (information and data
literacy) berada di kategori sedang (skor index 3,32), kemampuan kolaborasi dan
komunikasi melalui teknologi digital (communication and collaboration) berada
pada kategori sedang (skor index 3,15), kemampuan membuat dan mengedit
konten digital (digital content creation) berada pada kategori sedang (skor index
2,97), kemampuan melindungi data, privasi, dan perangkat digital (safety) berada
pada kategori tinggi (skor index 3,57), serta kemampuan analisis kesenjangan
digital (problem solving) berada pada kategori sedang (skor index 2,85). Dengan
demikian, pelaku wisata kearifan lokal di Kota Palopo unggul pada dua
kemampuan dengan skor index tertinggi yaitu device and software operations dan
safety. Sedangkan kemampuan lainnya masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi, khususnya
kemampuan digital content creation dan problem solving dengan skor index
hanya 2,97 dan 2,85 agar lebih aktif dalam melakukan branding objek wisata
kearifan lokal di Kota Palopo secara digital.

This thesis discusses digital literacy in the tourism sector based on local wisdom.
The research aims to determine the level of digital literacy competence of local
wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City. This research uses a quantitative
research design with a descriptive statistical analysis approach. The population in
this study is local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City. The sampling
technique used is nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method,
resulting in 35 samples of local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City. Data
collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. The
results of this study indicate that the level of digital literacy competence of local
wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City, measured using the UNESCO
DLGF Framework (2018), is in the moderate category with an index score of
3.26. Respondents' ability to operate digital hardware and software (device and
software operations) is in the high category (index score of 4.02). Meanwhile,
respondents' ability in digital data, information, and content literacy (information
and data literacy) is in the moderate category (index score of 3.32), their ability in
collaboration and communication through digital technology (communication and
collaboration) is in the moderate category (index score of 3.15), their ability in
creating and editing digital content (digital content creation) is in the moderate
category (index score of 2.97), their ability to protect data, privacy, and digital
devices (safety) is in the high category (index score of 3.57), and their ability in
digital gap analysis (problem solving) is in the moderate category (index score of
2.85). Thus, local wisdom-based tourism actors in Palopo City excel in two
abilities with the highest index scores, namely device and software operations and
safety. However, other abilities still need to be improved, especially digital
content creation and problem solving with index scores of only 2.97 and 2.85,
respectively, to be more active in digitally branding local wisdom tourism objects
in Palopo City.
