Skripsi ini membahas tentang Penerapan Kebijakan Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs) dalam Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Masyarakat Desa Binturu. Penelitian ini
bertujuan: untuk mengetahui langsung bentuk penerapan program-program sustainable
development goals (SDGs) dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan yang berada di wilayah Desa
Binturu; untuk mengetahui program penerapan SDGs Desa dalam mendukung aspek
Ekonomi, Lingkungan, dan Sosial. Informan dalam penelitian ini 6 Pemerintah Desa
Binturu, 1 Pedamping Desa, 6 Kepala Dusun dan 5 Masyarakat Desa Binturu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, khususnya kualitatif
deskriptif. Penggunaan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah untuk melihat,
mengungkap, dan menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi sebagaimana adanya tanpa ada
suatu perlakuan khusus atau intervensi. Penelitian ini berada di lokasi Desa Binturu
Kecamatan Larompong, Kabupaten Luwu dengan menggunakan Teknik pengolahan data
secara reduksi, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Bentuk penerapan program SDGs Desa yang
terdiri dari 12 bentuk program-program bantuan bagi masyarakat miskin di Desa Binturu
berupa BLT-DD, PKH, Bantuan Bibit, Percetakan Lahan Sawah, Bantuan Makanan
Tambahan (sembako), Perpipaan Air Bersih, Drainase, Bantuan Kesehatan Bagi para Lansia,
Bantuan Jamban, Bantuan Rabat di Dusun, Pembangunan Jalan Beraspal, dan Bantuan
RTLH (Rumah Tidak Layak Huni) tujuan bentuk program-program SDGs adalah sebagai
stimulus bagi Masyarakat Desa Binturu yang berada dalam kategori Masyarakat Miskin. 2)
12 bentuk program penerapan SDGs Desa yang mendukung Aspek Ekonomi, Lingkungan
dan Sosial. Masyarakat Desa Binturu tidak sepenuhnya memahami program SDGs Desa itu,
karena kurangnya sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat mengenai program SDGs Desa tentang
tujuan dan manfaat SDGs Desa bagi masyarakat. Masyarakat lebih memahami dan
mengetahui program-program konkret berupa bantuan-bantuan yang berbentuk uang dan
sembako.

Palopo State Islamic Institute, guided by Rismayanti, S.E., M. Si.
This thesis discusses the Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Policies in Poverty Reduction for the People of Binturu Village. This study aims to: to find
out firsthand the form of implementation of sustainable development goals (SDGs) programs
in poverty reduction in the Binturu Village area; to find out the program of implementing
Village SDGs in supporting Economic, Environmental, and Social aspects. The informants
in this study were 6 Binturu Village Governments, 1 Village Facilitator, 6 Hamlet Heads and
5 Binturu Village Communities.
This research approach used is qualitative, which starts with data and boils down to
conclusions. The purpose of this study used is a description, presenting a picture of a
phenomenon contained in the field systematically and factually. The basis of research is a
case study that is useful for collecting and analyzing a certain process related to the focus of
research, so as to find a limited scope of certain phenomena.
The results of the study show that, 1) The form of implementation of the village
SDGs program consists of 12 forms of assistance programs for the poor in Binturu Village
in the form of BLT-DD, PKH, Seedling Assistance, Paddy Field Printing, Additional Food
Aid (sembako), Clean Water Piping, Drainage, Health Assistance for the Elderly, Toilet
Assistance, Rabate Assistance in Dusun, Construction of Asphalt Roads, and RTLH
(Uninhabitable Houses) Assistance. The purpose of the SDGs programs is as a stimulus for
the Binturu Village Community who are in the category of Poor People. 2) 12 forms of
Village SDGs implementation programs that support the Economic Aspect, Environmental
and Social. The people of Binturu Village do not fully understand the Village SDGs
program, due to the lack of socialization towards the community regarding the Village SDGs
program about the goals and benefits of the Village SDGs for the community. The
community better understands and knows concrete programs in the form of assistance in the
form of money and basic necessities.
