Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan
Hotel Syariah Larona. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi
prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan Hotel Syariah Larona, untuk mengetahui
hambatan dalam penerapann prinsip syariah pada Hotel Syariah Larona. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis emphiris,
dengan menelaah Fatwa DSN-MUI yang berkaitan dengan praktik prinsip syariah
yang terjadi di Hotel Syariah Larona. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi guna menempatkan data yang
berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti, setelah memperoleh data lapangan peneliti
juga melakukan analisis data dengan sumber data yang lain seperti buku, jurnal,
dan undang-undang yang berkaitan setelah semua data terkumpul selanjutnya
peneliti menyusun data yang ada sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan untuk
menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menjawab bahwa
Hotel Syariah Larona menerapkan prinsip syariah yang digambarkan dalam segi
fasilitas, segi tata cara penerimaan tamu, segi SDM, dan segi organisasi yang
bermaksud agar tercapainya maslahah. Berdasarkan Permen Parekraf No. 2 tahun
2014 bahwa Hotel Syariah Larona termasuk dalam golongan Hotel Syariah Hilal-
1. Namun, Hotel Syariah Larona belum memenuhi beberapa aspek kesyariahan
menurut Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 dan perlunya
penyempurnaan akan hal pendaftaran sertifikat halal dari MUI atas fasilitas
makanan dan minuman, adapun pula hambatan dalam penerapan prinsip syariah
yaitu adanya perilaku disasosiatif dari tamu hotel dan hambatan lainnya ditinjau
dari aspek hukum Hotel Syariah Larona belum secara legal sebab belum
mendaftarkan diri dan melakukan sertifikasi usaha hotel syariah sehingga belum
ada Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) yang mengawasi jalan operasionalnya.

This thesis discusses the implementation of sharia principles in the management
of Larona Syariah Hotel. This study aims to determine the implementation of
sharia principles in the management of Larona Syariah Hotel, to find out the
obstacles in applying sharia principles to Larona Syariah Hotel. This type of
research is qualitative research, with an empirical juridical approach, by
examining the DSN-MUI Fatwa relating to the practice of sharia principles that
occur at Larona Syariah Hotel. Data collection techniques are carried out by
means of observation, interviews and documentation in order to place data related
to the problem under study, after obtaining field data the researcher also analyzes
data with other data sources such as books, journals, and related laws after all data
is collected then the researcher compiles the existing data so that conclusions can
be drawn to answer the problems of this research. The results of this study answer
that Larona Syariah Hotel applies sharia principles which are described in terms
of facilities, in terms of guest reception procedures, in terms of human resources,
and in terms of organization which intends to achieve maslahah. Based on Permen
Parekraf No. 2 of 2014 that Larona Syariah Hotel is included in the Hilal-1
Syariah Hotel group. However, Larona Syariah Hotel has not fulfilled several
aspects of the sharia aspects according to DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 108/DSN-
MUI/X/2016 and the need for improvement in terms of registration of halal
certificates from MUI for food and beverage facilities, as well as obstacles in the
application of sharia principles, namely the disassociative behavior of hotel guests
and other obstacles in terms of legal aspects, Larona Syariah Hotel is not yet
legally because it has not registered and certified a sharia hotel business so that
there is no Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) to oversee its operations.
