Konsentrasi Pada Perilaku Anak Hiperaktif Di Kelurahan Benteng
Kota Palopo”. Skripsi Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling
Islam. Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab, dan Dakwah Istitut Agama
Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing Oleh Subekti Masri dan Andi
Batara Indra.
Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektivitas terapi behaviorisme terhadap konsentrasi
pada perilaku anak hiperaktif di Kelurahan Benteng Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perubahan konsentrasi pada perilaku anak
hiperaktif melalui terapi behavior. Jenis penelitian yang digunakankuantitatif dengan
pendekatansingle-subjects Researchdesign A-B-A-B. Jumlah data populasi sebanyak
139 anak dengan rentang usia 5-8 tahun, dengan 10 sampel anak hiperaktif. Salah
satu penanganan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi pada anak yaitumenggunakan
terapi behavior berbasis tugas-tugas yang melibatkan konsentrasi. Berdasarkan
perhitungan data levelmemiliki perbandingan 2:1, hasil nilai rekap menunjukkan
bahwa sampel sebelum diberikan perlakuan memiliki rata-rata nilai 1,4 yang berada
pada kategori rendah. Setelah intervensi awal dilakukan, terjadi perubahan terhadap
konsentrasi anak dengan rata-rata nilai 2,8 yang berada pada kategori sedang,
kemudian dilakukan lagi intervensi akhir untuk mengetahui keefektifan terapi
behavior, sehingga terjadi perubahan yang signifikan terhadap konsentrasi anak, hasil
diperoleh memiliki rata-rata nilai 5 sebagai kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, terapi
behaviorisme efektif terhadap konsentrasi pada perilaku anak hiperaktif.

This research discusses the effectiveness of behaviorism therapy in concentrating on
the behavior of hyperactive children in Benteng Village, Palopo City. This research
aims to find out how much concentration changes the behavior of hyperactive
children through behaviorism therapy. The type of research used is quantitative with
a single-subjects research design A-B-A-B approach. The total population data is 139
children with an age range of 5-8 years, with 10 samples of hyperactive children.
One treatment to improve concentration in children is using behaviorism therapy by
modeling normal child behavior and giving tasks that involve concentration. Based
on the level data calculation which has a ratio of 2:1, the results of the recap value
show that the three samples before being given treatment had an average value of
1.4 which is in the low category. After the initial intervention was carried out, there
was a change in the child's concentration with an average value of 2.8 which was in
the medium category, then the final intervention was carried out again to determine
the effectiveness of behaviorism therapy, so that there was a significant change in the
child's concentration, the results obtained had an average a value of 5 as a high
category. Thus, behaviorism therapy is effective in concentrating on the behavior of
hyperactive children.
