Abstract
ABSTRAK
Isnaeni, 2024. “Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Akademik Tenaga
Kependidikan di Program Studi Lingkup Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu
Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo”. Skripsi Program Studi
Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan
Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Taqwa dan Sumardin
Raupu.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Akademik
Tenaga Kependidikan di Program Studi Lingkup Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu
Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk
mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan administrasi akademik tenaga
kependidikan pada Program Studi di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan
Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo, meliputi aspek tangibels (bukti fisik),
reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan) dan
empathy (empati).
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan
deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebayak 2.654 orang mahasiswa yang
berasal dari 7 Program Studi mulai dari angkatan 2019 – 2023. Pengambilan
sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane dengan jumlah sampel
348 orang mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui angket. Kemudian data dianalisis
menggunakan statistik deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan administrasi
akademik tenaga kependidikan pada Program Studi lingkup Fakultas Tarbiyah
dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo sudah baik dengan rata-
rata persentase sebesar 71%, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1) Program Studi
Pendidikan Agama Islam memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 73% dan termasuk
dalam kategori baik. 2) Program Studi Tadris Bahasa Inggris memperoleh nilai
persentase sebesar 67% dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. 3) Program Studi
Pendidikan Bahasa Arab memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 68% dan termasuk
dalam kategori baik. 4) Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika memperoleh nilai
persentase sebesar 77% dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. 5) Program Studi
Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 70%
dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. 6) Program Studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia
Dini memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 75% dan termasuk dalam kategori baik.
7) Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam memperoleh nilai persentase
sebesar 70% dan termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Staff in the Study Program Scope of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher
Training at the Palopo State Islamic Institute". Thesis of the Islamic
Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher
Training at the Palopo State Islamic Institute. Guided by Taqwa and
Sumardin Raupu.
This thesis discusses the Quality of Academic Administration Services for
Educational Staff in the Study Program Scope of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and
Teacher Training at the Palopo State Islamic Institute. This research aims: To
determine the level of quality of academic administrative services of educational
staff in the Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the
Palopo State Islamic Institute, covering aspects of tangibels (physical evidence),
reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.
This research uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive
approach. The population in this study was 2,654 students from 7 Study Programs
starting from the class of 2019 – 2023. Sampling was carried out using the
Yamane formula with a sample of 348 students. Data was obtained through
questionnaires. Then the data is analyzed using descriptive statistics.
The results showed that the quality of academic administrative services of
educational staff in the Study Program scope of of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and
Teacher Training at the Palopo State Islamic Institute was good with an average
percentage of 71%, with the following details: 1) The Islamic Religious Education
Study Program obtained a percentage value of 73% and was included in the good
category. 2) The English Tadris Study Program obtained a percentage score of
67% and included in the good category. 3) The Arabic Language Education Study
Program obtained a percentage score of 68% and was included in the good
category. 4) The Mathematics Education Study Program obtained a percentage
value of 77% and was included in the good category. 5) The Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Teacher Education Study Program obtained a percentage score of 70% and was
included in the good category. 6) The Early Childhood Islamic Education Study
Program obtained a percentage score of 75% and was included in the good
category. 7) The Islamic Education Management Study Program obtained a
percentage value of 70% and was included in the good category.
