Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors influencing the decision to make digital infaq using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. A quantitative method was employed, using
purposive sampling of 115 respondents who use BSI Mobile Banking. Data were analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral controls all have a positive effect on intention, with intention serving as a mediating variable in digital infaq decision-making. Among these factors, perceived behavioral control exhibits the strongest contribution to the intention formation. This study
contributes to a deeper understanding of digital Islamic financial behavior and reinforces the significance of intention in predicting infaq decisions. The practical implications highlight the need to enhance digital literacy, build trust in digital platform, and ensure secure and user-friendly services to increase participation and reduce digital inequality. This findings provide a foundation for developing innovative strategies to strengthen the digital infaq ecosystem in Indonesia.
