Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja
Guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui
kecerdasan spiritual guru, untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri
Palopo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis
penelitian adalah expost facto. Populasinya adalah semua siswa-siswa kelas XI dan
XII di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. Pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan
teknik simple randowm sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang
siswa. Data yang diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data
penelitian dianalisis dengan statistik menggunakan pengolahan data yaitu: statistik
deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa
kecerdasan spiritual guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo memiliki skor sebesar
82,5 dan variance sebesar 65,4 dengan standar deviation 8,091 dari skor terendah
62 dan skor tertinggi 100 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan kinerja guru di
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo memiliki skor mean sebesar 79,78 variance
sebesar 54,299 dengan standar deviation 7,368 dari skor terendah 72 dan skor
tertinggi 100 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Adapun hasil penelitian dan analisis
data yang dilakukan dari kecerdasan spiritual (X) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
guru (Y) yang mana dapat dilihat nilai Thitung sebesar 8,313 lebih besar dari Ttabel
yang nilainya sebesar 1,664 dan nilai signifikan kecerdasan spiritual guru
0,000<0,05. R (R square) sebesar 47,0% atau sama dengan artinya bahwa Ho
ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa kecerdasan sepiritual guru
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo.

This thesis discusses about. The Influence of Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher
Performance at Palopo State Madrasah Aliyah The research method used is
quantitative research with the type of research is ex post facto. The population is all
students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. Sampling was used by simple random
sampling technique. The sample used was 80 students. Data obtained through
questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed
statistically using data processing, namely: descriptive statistics and inferential
statistics. The results of the descriptive study showed that the spiritual intelligence
of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo had a score of 82.5 and a variance of
65.4 with a standard deviation of 8.091 from the lowest score of 62 and the highest
score of 100 included in the very good category and teacher performance at
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo has a mean score of 79.78, variance of 54.299 with
a standard deviation of 7.368 from the lowest score of 72 and the highest score of
100 included in the good category. The results of the research and data analysis
conducted on spiritual intelligence (X) have an effect on teacher performance (Y)
where it can be seen that the Tcount value is 8.313 greater than the Ttable which
has a value of 1.664 and the significant value of the teacher's spiritual intelligence
is 0.000 <0.05. R (R square) is 47.0% or the same means that Ho is rejected and H1
is accepted. So that it can be interpreted that the teacher's spiritual intelligence
influences the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo.

خلال تقنية أخذ العينات العشوائية البسيطة. العينة المستخدمة ةطالب 80 . البيا ت التي تم الحصول
عليها من خلال الاستبيا ت والتوثيق. علاوة على ذلك، تحليل بيا ت البحث إحصائيا kستخدام
معالجة البيا ت وهي: الإحصاء الوصفي والإحصاء الاستدلالي. أظهرت نتائج البحث الوصفي أن
الذكاء الروحي للم درس في المدرسة العالية الحكومية فالوفو حصل على 82.5 وتباين 65.4 مع
انحراف معياري قدره 8.091 من أدنى درجة 62 وأعلى درجة 100 مدرجة في جدا. فئة جيدة
وأداء المعلم في المدرسة العالية الحكومية فالوفو لديها متوسط درجة 79.78 ، تباين 54.299 مع
انحراف معياري 7.368 من أدنى درجة 72 وأعلى درجة 100 مدرجة في فئة جيدة. نتائج البحث
وتحليل البيا ت التي أجريت على الذكاء الروحي )X )لها :ثير على أداء المعلم )Y )حيث يمكن
ملاحظة أن قيمة Tcount أكبر بـ 8.313 من Ttable والتي تبلغ قيمتها 1.664 وقيمة معنوية لـ
الذكاء الروحي للمعلم هو 0.000 <.0.05 (square R (R تساوي ٪47.0 أو نفس المعنى أن
Ho مرفوض وقبول 1H. بحيث يمكن تفسير أن الذكاء الروحي للم درس يؤثر على أداء المدرس في
المدرسة العالية الحكومية فالوفو .
