Hijriah, 2024. “ Upaya Guru dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Menghafal Al-Qur’an
Siswa Kelas Tahfidz di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo”. Skripsi
Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan
Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing
oleh: Ibu Fatmaridah Sabani, dan Ibu Pertiwi Kamariah Hasis.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Upaya Guru dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi
Menghafal Al-Qur’an Siswa Kelas Tahfidz di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo.
Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui upaya guru meningkatkan motivasi
menghafal siswa kelas tahfidz di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo; (2) Untuk
mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat upaya guru dalam meningkatkan
motivasi menghafal al-Qur’an siswa kelas tahfidz di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri
Palopo.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini
adalah guru tahfidz, sedangkan untuk informannya adalah guru tahfidz dan siswa�siswi kelas tahfidz. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara
dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat 3 upaya yang
dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi penghafal Al-Qur’an siswa kelas
tahfdz di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo, yaitu: (a) Mengadakan sistem blok
tahfidz dan sistem blok pembelajaran umum; (b) Memberikan motivasi pada awal
pembelajaran tahfidz; (c) Mengadakan pertunjukan (Pekan Tasmi) dan pemberian
reward di akhir blok tahfidz. (2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat upaya guru
dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal Al-Qur’an pada siswa kelas tahfidz
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo adalah: (a) Faktor pendukung yaitu: metode
pengajaran; kerjasama dari sekolah dan orang tua; motivasi dalam diri siswa itu
sendiri. (b) Faktor penghambat yaitu: penggunaan handphone, interaksi sosial di
lingkungan sekolah, kurangnya kesiapan mental dan emosional siswa.

This thesis discusses the teacher’s efforts to increase the motivation to
memorize the al-Qur’an for students in the tahfidz class at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri
Palopo. This research aims: to determine teacher’s efforts to increase memorization
motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo; to determine the supporting and
inhibiting factors for teacher’s efforts to increase the motivation to memorize the
al-Qur’an for tahfidz class students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research
were tahfidz teacher’s, while the information were tahfidz teacher’s and tahfidz
class student’s. Data collection tecniques by means of observation, interviews and
ducumentation.
The results of this research conclude that: (1) There are 3 efforts made by teachers
to increase the motivation for memorizing the Al-Qur'an in tahfdz class students at
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo, namely: (a) Implement a tahfidz block system and
a general learning block system; (b) Providing motivation at the beginning of
tahfidz learning; (c) Holding a performance (Tasmi Week) and giving rewards at
the end of the tahfidz block. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers'
efforts to increase motivation to memorize the Al-Qur'an in tahfidz class students
at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo are: (a) Supporting factors, namely: teaching
methods; cooperation from schools and parents; motivation within the students
themselves. (b) Inhibiting factors are: use of cellphones, social interaction in the
school environment, lack of mental and emotional readiness of students.

تناقش هذه األطروحة جهود المعلم في زيادة الدافع لحفظ القرآن الكريم لدى الطالب في
صف التحفيظ بالمدرسة العالية نيجيري بالوبو. يهدف هذا البحث إلى: تحديد جهود المعلمين
لزيادة دافعية الحفظ في المدرسة العالية نيجيري بالوبو؛ لمعرفة دوافع الطالب في الحفظ في المدرسة
العالية نيجيري بالوبو؛ تحديد العوامل الداعمة والمعوقة لجهود المعلمين في زيادة الدافعية لحفظ
القرآن الكريم لدى طالب صف التحفيظ في المدرسة العليا نيجيري بالوبو.
هذا النوع من البحث هو نوعي وصفي. كان موضوع هذا البحث معلمي التحفيظ، بينما
كان المخبرون معلمي التحفيظ وطالب صف التحفيظ. تقنيات جمع البيانات عن طريق المالحظة
والمقابالت والتوثيق.
خلصت نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن هناك جهود بذلها المعلمون لزيادة الدافع لحفظ القرآن
الكريم لدى طالب صف تحفض في المدرسة العالية نيجيري بالوبو، وهي: 1( تنفيذ نظام كتلة
التعلم؛ 0( توفير التحفيز في بداية تعلم التحفيظ؛ 2( إقامة عرض )أسبوع تسمي( وتوزيع المكافآت
في نهاية فقرة التحفيظ. وفي الوقت نفسه، فإن العوامل الداعمة والمعوقة لجهود المعلمين لزيادة
الدافعية لحفظ القرآن الكريم لدى طالب صف التحفيظ في المدرسة العالية نيجيري بالوبو هي:
1( العوامل الداعمة. وتشمل العوامل الخارجية طرق التدريس والتعاون من المدرسة وأولياء األمور.
العامل الداخلي هو الدافع لدى الطالب. 0( العوامل المثبطة. العامل الخارجي هو استخدام الهاتف
المحمول، بينما العامل الداخلي هو التفاعالت االجتماعية في البيئة
المدرسية.
