Windi Asriani, 2024 “Dampak Keberadaan Online Shop terhadap Pedagang
Pakaian di Pasar Tradisional Sentral Bone-Bone”.

Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Institut Agama Islam Negeri

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak keberadaan online shop
terhadap pedagang pakaian di Pasar Tradisional Sentral Bone-Bone.
Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis
data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, display data dan
penarikan kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bisnis
shop online telah memberikan dampak signifikan bagi pedagang pasar tradisional
dan pembeli. Bisnis online shop dianggap sebagai bentuk alternatif yang lebih
murah dan mudah dalam menawarkan produk atau jasa kepada konsumen, yang
mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis ini dari tahun ke tahun. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa Perkembangan bisnis online shop memberikan dampak
signifikan pada pola belanja masyarakat, membawa kemudahan dan keuntungan
dalam berbelanja seperti perbandingan harga, pengiriman langsung ke rumah, dan
penawaran promosi menarik. Meskipun memberikan peluang dan efisiensi bisnis
bagi pedagang online, terlihat pula dampak negatif pada pasar tradisional dengan
penurunan jumlah pelanggan dan volume penjualan. Pedagang tradisional yang
adaptif berusaha mempertahankan relevansi dengan strategi pemasaran yang
personal, penekanan pada produk lokal berkualitas, dan eksplorasi platform
online. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital dan persaingan
ketat tetap menjadi fokus perhatian. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan adaptif dan
strategis menjadi kunci untuk menjaga daya saing, mempertahankan pelanggan
setia, dan menjembatani keseimbangan antara pasar online dan tradisional.
Dampak ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan pergeseran
pasar dari tradisional ke online, dengan pedagang tradisional harus beradaptasi
untuk bertahan di era perdagangan modern.

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the existence of
online shops on clothing traders at the Bone-Bone Central Traditional Market.
This type of research uses qualitative. Data collection techniques in this
research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis
techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display and conclusion
drawing.
Based on the research results, it shows that the development of the online
shop business has had a significant impact on traditional market traders and
buyers. The online shop business is considered a cheaper and easier alternative
form of offering products or services to consumers, which encourages the growth
of this business from year to year. The research results show that the development
of the online shop business has had a significant impact on people's shopping
patterns, bringing convenience and benefits in shopping such as price
comparisons, direct home delivery, and attractive promotional offers. Even though
it provides business opportunities and efficiency for online traders, there is also a
negative impact on traditional markets with a decrease in the number of customers
and sales volume. Adaptive traditional traders try to maintain relevance with
personalized marketing strategies, an emphasis on quality local products, and
exploration of online platforms. Despite this, challenges such as the digital divide
and intense competition remain the focus of attention. Therefore, an adaptive and
strategic approach is the key to maintaining competitiveness, retaining loyal
customers, and bridging the balance between online and traditional markets. This
impact is in line with previous research showing a market shift from traditional to
online, with traditional traders having to adapt to survive in the modern trading
era.
