Abstract

Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV Bunga Padi Tomoni Timur”. Skripsi
Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis
Islam Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Burhan
Rifuddin.
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh pendidikan dan pengalaman
kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Bunga Padi.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif untuk mengkaji pengaruh pendidikan
dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Bunga Padi. Populasinya
berjumlah 35 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total
sampling (sampel jenuh) dengan sampel keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Data
diperoleh melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data
penelitian ini diolah dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t,
uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pendidikan (X1)
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) Pengalaman
Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
Pendidikan (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara
simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Besar pengaruh tersebut adalah 84,5%
dan sisanya 15,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam
penelitian.

This research discusses the influence of education and work experience.
This research aims: To determine the effect of education on performance, to
determine the effect of work experience on employee performance and to determine
the of education and work experience simultaneously on employee performance at
CV Bunga Padi.
This type of research is quantitative to examine the influence of education
and work experience on employee performance at CV Bunga Padi. The population
was 35 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique
(saturated sample) with the entire sample from the total population. Data was
obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, this
research data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical
assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.
The results of this research show that the Education variable (X1) has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work Experience
(X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Education
(X1) and Work Experience (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on
Employee Performance (Y). The magnitude of this influence is 84.5% and the
remaining 15.5% is explained by other variables not included in the research.
