Abstract

Al Vhira, 2024. “Pengaruh Budaya 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke)
dan Beban Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero)
UP3 Kota Palopo.” Skripsi Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah
Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Budaya 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,
Seiketsu, Shitsuke) dan Beban Kerja, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap
Produktivitas Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Palopo. Sehingga tujuan
penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,
Seiketsu, Shitsuke) terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota
Palopo dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap produktivitas
karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Palopo.
Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data
melalui kuesioner, dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Populasinya adalah
seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Palopo yang berjumlah 44
karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik
menentukan sampel dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Adapun observasi
dan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel budaya 5S (seiri, seiton,
seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas
karyawan dan variabel beban kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dari uji F diketahui bahwa variabel budaya 5S
dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas
karyawan. Diperoleh hasil R-square bahwa variabel produktivitas dapat dijelaskan
oleh variabel budaya 5S dan beban kerja sebesar 62,1% dan sisanya 37,9% adalah
variasi yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

This research discusses the influence of 5S culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,
Seiketsu, Shitsuke) and workload, partially and simultaneously on PT employee
productivity. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo City. So the aim of this research is to
determine the influence of 5S culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) on
the productivity of PT employees. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo City and to
determine the effect of workload on employee productivity at PT. PLN (Persero)
UP3 Palopo City.
Using quantitative research methods by collecting data through
questionnaires, with multiple regression analysis methods. The population is all
employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo City, totaling 44 employees. This
research uses a saturated sampling technique, namely a technique for
determining a sample with the entire population as the sample. As for
observations and questionnaires as research instruments.
The results of this research show that the 5S culture variables (seiri,
seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke) have a positive and significant effect on employee
productivity and the workload variable also has a positive and significant effect
on employee productivity. From the F test it is known that the 5S culture variable
and workload have a significant simultaneous effect on employee productivity.
The R-square results showed that variations in productivity variables could be
explained by 5S culture variables and workload 62.1% while the remaining
37.9% were variations that were not explained in this study.
