Abstract

Oskar I, 2024“Pengaruh Kurikulum 2013 Terhadap Kinerja Guru di MTs Negeri
Palopo”. Skripsi Program Studi manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas
Tarbiyah dan Ilmu keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo, dibimbing
oleh Baderiah dan Lisa Aditya Dwiwansyah Musa.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Kinerja
Guru Di MTs Negeri Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui penerapan
atau implementasi kurikulum 2013 di MTs Negeri Palopo, untuk mengetahui kinerji
Guru di MTs Negeri Palopo, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kurikulum terhadap
kunerja guru 2013 di MTs Negeri Palopo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif-deskriptif. Sampel yang
digunakan sebesar 28 guru yang diambil dengan metode probability sampling dari
populasi 90 guru. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis
statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear sederhana dengan
menggunakan bantuan SPSS vers. 22 for windows.
Kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Palopo termasuk dalam
kategori baik dengan hasil peresentase 46%. Adapun skor rata-rata yaitu 49. Kinerja
guru di MTs Negeri Palopo termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan hasil peresentase
50%. Adapun skor rata-rata yaitu 49. Hasil dari output “Coefficients” didapatkan
nilai Thitung sebesar 2.085 dan Ttabel sebesar 2.05553 atau 2.085 >2.05553 dan nilai
signifikan kinerja guru 0,003 < 0,05 (H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima). Sehingga dapat
diartikan bahwa kurikulum 2013 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
guru. Didukung nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 32%.

This thesis discusses the influence of the 2013 curriculum on teacher
performance at Palopo State MTs. This research aims: To determine the application
or implementation of the 2013 curriculum at MTs Negeri Palopo, to determine the
performance of teachers at MTs Negeri Palopo, and to determine the influence of the
curriculum on the performance of 2013 teachers at MTs Negeri Palopo.
This research uses quantitative-descriptive methods. The sample used was 28
teachers taken using the probability sampling method from a population of 90
teachers. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. The data
analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical
analysis using simple linear regression equations using SPSS vers. 22 for windows.
The 2013 curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Palopo is included in
the good category with a percentage result of 46%. The average score is 49. The
performance of teachers at MTs Negeri Palopo is included in the good category with
a percentage result of 50%. The average score is 49. The results of the "Coefficients"
output show a Tcount value of 2.085 and a Ttable of 2.05553 or 2.085 > 2.05553 and
a significant value for teacher performance of 0.003 < 0.05 (H0 is rejected and H1 is
accepted). So it can be interpreted that the 2013 curriculum has a positive and
significant effect on teacher performance. Supported by a coefficient of determination
value of 32%
