Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu”. Skripsi Program Studi
Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut
Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Hilal Mahmud, M.M.dan
Alimuddin, S.Ud., M.d.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Serta
Dampaknya Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di
SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. Untuk menegtahui bagaimana mutu pendidikan di SMA
Negeri 5 Luwu dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan
kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. Penelitian ini
adalah deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancar,
observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan langkah-
langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sedangkan uji
keabsahan data dilakukan dengan ketekunan dan pengamatan dan triangulasi.
Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi teknik. Dari
hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : gaya
kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta dampaknya terhadap mutu pendidikan di
SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. Dari hasil peneliti dapatkan dari penelitan ini yaitu ada 3
gaya yang di gunakan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu yaitu (1. Gaya
otoriter, 2. Gaya demokratif, 3. Gaya karismatik) dari ketiga gaya tersebut
diterapkan pada saat-saat tertentu. Sedangkan meningkatakan dampak mutu
pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu dari hasil penelitian ini adalah sangat-sangat
bagus dan di siplin dan betul-betul terlaksana dengan peraturan yang disepakati
yang berada di motto sekolah yaitu menciptakan alumni-alumni yang berprestasi
dan bias di terimah di sekolah tinggi ternama yang ada di Indonesia. Adapun
gaya dan mutu yang di terapakan di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu oleh guru atau tenaga
pendidika yaitu tertulis dan mediasi (lcd dan goolge meet dan juga organisasi
yang ada di SMA Negeri 5 Luwu sudah berkembang dari yang sebelumnya pada
saat kepala sekolah yang sekarang dari organisasi inti cuma satu jenis menjadi 3
organisasi inti.
Adapun hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa pengaruh gaya
kepemimpina kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan itu sangat-sangat penting
di terapkan di setiap sekolah dikarenakan saling berkaitan satu sama yang lain.

on the Quality of Education at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu". Thesis for Islamic

This thesis discusses the leadership style of the principal and its impact
on the quality of education at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. This research aims to
find out what the leadership style of the principal is at SMA Negeri 5
Luwu. To find out what the quality of education is at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu
and to find out whether there is an influence of the principal's leadership
style on the quality of education at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. This research is
descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews,
observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using
data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while
testing the validity of the data was carried out with perseverance,
observation and triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is
technical triangulation. From the results of the research and discussion, the
following conclusions were obtained; The principal's leadership style and
its impact on the quality of education at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu. From the
results the researchers obtained from this research, there are 3 styles used
by the principal at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu, namely (1. Authoritarian style, 2.
Democratic style, 3. Charismatic style) of these three styles are applied at
any time. Meanwhile, increasing the impact of the quality of education at
SMA Negeri 5 Luwu from the results of this research is very, very good
and disciplined and really implemented according to the agreed
regulations which are in the school's motto, namely creating alumni who
excel and can be accepted in high school. famous in Indonesia. The style
and quality applied at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu by teachers or educational
staff, namely written and mediation (ICD and Google meet and also the
organization at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu has developed from the previous one
when the head principal was from just one type of core organization to 3
core organizations
The results of this research show that the influence of the principal's
leadership style on the quality of education is very, very important to
apply in every school because they are interrelated with each other. D
