Rospika, 2024. “The Influence of Education Level, Competence and Work
Facilities on Employee Performance of PT Kasmar Matano Persada in
Radda Village, North Luwu Regency.” Thesis of Sharia Business
Management Study Program, State Islamic Institute of Palopo.

This thesis discusses the influence of education level, competence and work
facilities on employee performance of PT Kasmar Matano Persada in Radda
Village, North Luwu Regency. This study aims to analyze the influence of
education level, competence and work facilities on employee performance of PT
Kasmar Matano Persada in Radda Village, North Luwu Regency, both partially
and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative, with the population
being employees of PT Kasmar Matano Persada in Radda Village, North Luwu
Regency. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sampling method with a
sample size of 53 people. Data were obtained through a survey with a
questionnaire. Furthermore, the research data was processed with a validity test,
reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which
includes the t test, f test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this
study indicate that the education level variable (X1) does not have a significant
effect on employee performance (Y), competence (X2) has a significant positive
effect on employee performance (Y), the work facility variable (X3) has a
significant positive effect on employee performance (Y), and simultaneously the
education level, competence, work facilities variables affect employee
performance. The ability of education level (X1), competence (X2) and work
facilities (X3) in explaining the influence of employee performance (Y) is 46,2%
and the remaining 53,8% is explained by other variables not included in this
study.
