The formulation of the problem in this study is how the fundraising strategy affects the effectiveness of zakat, infak, and sedekah (ZIS) management at Baznas Palopo City. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the fundraising strategy
affects the effectiveness of zakat, infak, and sedekah (ZIS) management at Baznas Palopo City. This type of research uses qualitative with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data collection
techniques in this study use observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Baznas Palopo City fundraising strategy that utilizes social media and applications such as "Kita Bisa" has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of zakat, infak, and sedekah (ZIS) management, supported by appropriate regulations and close communication with muzakki. The application of population analysis allows for more measurable targeting, while
transparency in fund management through audits increases public trust. Despite facing challenges in socialization and negative perceptions, improving the quality of human resources and literacy has helped overcome these obstacles, so that fund distribution can be carried out in a more organized manner and provide optimal benefits for people in need.
